For each renovation project, Cheryl manages budget, coordinates contractors, material procurement to deliver Brecken's vision of each property to maximize return. Cheryl has worked in construction most of her life and knows her way seamlessly around any job site.

Pete is a Head of Maintenance with over 19 years experience in home renovations. Pete was trained by the best and always upholds the high standards of Breckenridge Enterprises to ensure every fix or update is done right the first time.
Jen is one of three Project Managers. She has over 17 years experiences in project management to organize and lead teams to successfully deliver every time. For each renovation project, Jen manages budget, coordinates contractors, material procurement to deliver Brecken's vision of each property to maximize return. Jen also serves as Head of Accounting and Website Administrator.
